Classes are offered in a 6 week evening class series. The focus of these prenatal classes is to reduce fears, provide information on all of the options for labour and birth, and increase confidence as expectant parents prepare to welcome a new baby into their family.

As a certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and the owner of In Due Time Birth Services, Shelley offers prenatal education classes to prepare expectant parents for labour, birth, and the early parenting period through fun, interactive and hands on classes. Aside from prenatal education, she also provides doula and placenta encapsulation services, and is enormously dedicated to helping parents wade through all the information and misinformation to make informed decisions, to go into their births and parenting with confidence.
